The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a bar and kitchen. The parking lot was a great convenience and felt secure. The WiFi actually worked, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were incredibly clean, even cleaner than my own house! The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and it was nice to be away from the busy beachfront area.

It would have been nice if there was some toiletries provided, like shampoo and shower gel. the breakfast options were a bit limited and could have started earlier.

I stayed in Friends hotel for 14 days and found it was excellent value for money and was very friendly and well situated. Daniela and Steve and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back could not recommend this hotel enough. Rooms were basic and cleaned everyday and linen changed every second day. Great selection for breakfast. Barbara and Jimmy

The hotel is conveniently located close to supermarkets, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and come with not just one, but two balconies! And don't forget about the included breakfast, which offers a fantastic selection of cocktails to start your day off right.

I loved playing billiards and sipping cocktails at the outdoor bar, while watching an exciting variety of cable channels on the widescreen TV. The hotel's own pool with sun loungers was perfect for relaxing. Free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus.

Who needs nearby restaurants or a clean bathroom anyway? Such overrated luxuries!

Over Easter, I had an amazing experience staying at a hotel in a prime location! The food was top-notch, flavorful, and very affordable. The hotel proved to be situated in a secure area, and the staff was polite and attentive. The pool area was well-kept and tidy, with plenty of sunbeds, and the room was exceptionally comfortable.

One advantage we enjoyed was the breakfast service. Although there was no buffet, we were given a card with choices on it, and the staff would accommodate any requests we had. There was also an abundance of tea, coffee, and orange juice. the hotel had a friendly atmosphere and provided a comfortable stay.

Disliked the service at the restaurant/bar. Staff were not attentive and would often ignore us when we needed something.

We also enjoyed the view from our balcony, which overlooked the pool area and a nearby hotel. The car park was convenient and there were plenty of places to park on the street nearby.

The location of the hotel was not ideal for us. We had to travel quite a distance to reach the beach, and the surrounding area was not particularly interesting or attractive.

Stayed at a hotel that stood out from the rest - the cleanliness at Friends Family was exceptional. No need to use my slippers in the shower, it was as clean as my own house! The hotel also had a secure parking lot and the WiFi actually worked in the rooms. As a sports fan, I loved the soccer and sports-themed bar/restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast menu offered a nice variety. Only a short walk to the beach, away from the crowded area of big buildings. a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The location is perfect for a holiday in Bulgaria, just steps from the beach and near several supermarkets. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the needed amenities. The staff service is excellent, always friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are the highlight of the day with a great selection of dishes. There is a nice pool area to relax and enjoy the sun.

The noise levels can be a bit high at night which might not be ideal for light sleepers.
